The charcoal wash is so refreshing and a little goes a long way. I love it.
The great thing about that shampoo is that it has this cooling effect on the scalp that I love so much, it calms the itching down.
Really clarifies. Scalp feels fresh. I prefer washing my 4b/c hair in twists cos it can feel like my hair is super stripped causing matting. But I’ll always follow up with a hydrating shampoo to rehydrate hair before deep conditioning.

My hair is left feeling CLEAN! It does have that 'minty'/menthol feeling on your scalp, like when you drink water after mint bubblegum, but it's not a sensitive feeling at all! It's the first cleansing shampoo I've tried and TBH I'm hooked!
The shampoo dos not cause irritation especially with having alopecia sensitive skin. It’s a gentle cleanser.

I received my products since having placed an order on the 20th of February. My products came with the shampoo being open. I don't know if it was the way the courier guy drove or the shampoo was not sealed correctly. I would suggest wrapping the shampoo the same way the oil and anti-itch spray were wrapped. Other than the shampoo having come open l am overall happy with how the shampoo feels on my scalp an hair. It's not stripping but very moisturising leaving my hair squeaky clean in the process. Will definitely but again.
